Job 41:1 ! By the greatnes of this monstre Liuiathan God sheweth his greatnes, and his power, which nothing can resist.
Job 41:1 a If none dare stand against a whale, which is but a creature, who is able to compare with God, the Creator?
Job 41:2 b Who hathe taught me to accomplish my worke?
Job 41:3 c The partes, and members of the whale.
Job 41:4 d That is, who dare pul of his skinne?
Job 41:4 e Who dare put a bridel in his mouth?
Job 41:5 f Who dare loke in his mouth?
Job 41:9 g That is, casteth out flames of fyre.
Job 41:13 h Nothing is peinful or hard vnto him.
Job 41:21 i His skinne is so hard that he lieth with as great ease on the stones as in the myre.
Job 41:22 k Ether he maketh the sea to seme as it boiled by his wallowing, or els he spowteth water in suche abundance, as it wolde seme that the sea boyled.
Job 41:23 l That is, a white froth, & shinging streame before him.
Job 41:25 m He despiseth all other beasts & monsters, & is the proudest of all others.
