Geneva Bible Notes: Psalms 15

Psalms 15:2 (a) First, God requireth vprightenes of life, next doing wel to others, and thirdely trueth and simplicitie in our wordes.

Psalms 15:3 (!) This Psalme reacheth on what condition God did chuse the Jewes for his peculiar people, and wherefore he placed his Temple among them, which was to the intent that they by liuing vprightely and godly might witnes that they were his special and holie people.

Psalms 15:4 (b) He that flattereth not the vngodlie in their wickednes.

Psalms 15:5 (d) That is, shal not be cast forthe of the Church as hypocrites.

Psalms 15:5 (c) To the hinderance of his neighbour.
